How to Upload Products on DreamGen.in

To start selling on DreamGen.in, sellers must first open a seller account by visiting the official registration page below.

While creating an account, sellers must always provide true, accurate, and genuine information. Any incorrect, misleading, or false details may result in immediate account rejection or permanent suspension.

Product Listing Rules

• Only original, genuine, and legal products are allowed to be listed.
• Each product must clearly mention its warranty, guarantee, and return policy.
• One product can be listed free of cost for one year.
• To upload multiple products, sellers must upgrade to the Pro Version.

Audit, Verification & Blacklisting

After account creation and product upload, both the seller account and product listings will be audited and verified by the DreamGen.in team. To verify ownership, DreamGen.in will send an OTP to your registered mobile number and email ID. Please ensure you use an active phone number and email address that you currently use, as both are required for confirmation. In some cases, we may contact you or request additional verification if required, or if we notice any issue related to your account or listed products. Any official communication will be sent from our email ID sheikazib@gmail.com. You may also receive a verification or support call from mobile number 7006508009, made by Mr. Mohammad Shafi Sheikh (TL – Sales & Marketing, DreamGen.in).

• If all information is found correct and genuine, the product will remain active on the platform.
• If any fake, misleading, or fraudulent activity is detected, the product will be removed.
• The seller account may be blacklisted permanently, and re-registration will not be allowed.

Seller Responsibility & Legal Compliance

By opening a seller account on DreamGen.in, the seller accepts full and sole responsibility for all products uploaded and sold on the platform.

• Fraud, counterfeit, or fake products
• Warranty, guarantee, replacement, and return claims
• Product quality, legality, and authenticity

DreamGen.in operates solely as an online marketplace platform and does not manufacture, store, or directly sell seller-listed products.

In the event of any legal dispute, complaint, or investigation, DreamGen.in will fully cooperate with concerned legal authorities and may share seller account details as required by law.

Payments, Charges & Delivery Policy

• For prepaid orders, customer payments are first credited to the DreamGen.in bank account.
• After successful delivery verification, the payment is transferred to the seller after a 3% deduction of the total order value:
  • 2% Payment Gateway Charges
  • 1% Platform Service Fee
• When opting for DG Delivery Services (Delivery Partner) a delivery fee of ₹100 per delivery is applicable within a 3 km radius and for shipments weighing up to 1 kg. Delivery charges are subject to variation based on the nature of the order and the product.
